Business Targets: Achievement of business targets for all financial products as defined and agreed upon.

  • Meet customers to sell all financial products
  • Meet & counsel Walk -in & DSA customers who have been referred to him / her by HDFC Limited
  • Influence customers to buy FD who have no prior HDFC Deposit relationship.

  • Timely sharing of updated reports with the customers on products being bought by them.
  • Co-ordinate with the customers at the time of renewals.

Certification and regulatory compliance:

  • Be compliant towards selling of various products by undergoing the training and certification for IRDA, AMFI etc. towards selling of insurance and any other products
  • The FSA has to be conscious and vigilant towards declaration of the customer information. In case FSA feels there is disconnect in the information shared by customer versus his/her observation, they need to crosscheck the information before booking the business.
  • Ensure the right quality of business being sourced.

  • Must be a graduate from any stream

      • Commence beat as per prescribed route; Vending activity /instance:
      • Customer hears jingle/hoot & approaches SC for purchase.
      • SCO parks SC on the side of a residential road. engages handbrake & secures vehicle
      • Gets down from driver cabin, closes driver cabin door and opens transparent lids and makes the produce available to customer for touch and feel facilitates customer needs.
      • SCO engages with customer and once transaction is complete prints out bill on thermal printer

      Stock & Cash Handover.

      • Hand over cash to nominated exec and obtain confirmation.
      • Transfer back to delivery vehicle items recommended as dump-obtain confirmation.
      • Accept fresh stock /no of crates-provide confirmation.
      • Take help of delivery vehicle and swap crates and set the cart/sku’s as per planogram provided.
      • Embark on route for vending as per route calendar provided.
      • Flag off TSM on any issues noticed, challenges expected, concerns, support required for the day.
      • Hands over purchase in customer bag & collects cash from customer and tenders back change
